As Christians, we have the amazing and exclusive privilege of prayer. Because of our close relationship to our heavenly Father through faith in Christ Jesus, our Savior and Lord, we can pray to Him at anytime, about anything and know that He hears us; For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3:26)
God encourages us to pray to Him by His love, His mercies, His grace, and sometimes by the trials He brings our way. When we pray, we express our faith in Him, His goodness, His love for us and our willingness to submit to His sovereign will.
Therefore, we ought to always pray with boldness, thankfulness, persistence, and watchfulness, believing that our all knowing and all powerful God not only hears our prayers, but will always answer according to His perfect will for us; And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28)
Christian, rise above your circumstances, your pain, your sorrows, your fears, your disappointments, your losses. Rise above by bowing down in prayer before your loving Father who so loves you and cares for you; With all prayer and petition pray at all times... (Ephesians 6:18a) Maranatha!
