Happy New Year! As we enter into another new year hoping for much success, happiness and joy, we realize that there will also certainly be some failures, unhappiness and sorrow. No matter what happens, it is comforting to know that our Lord's love and kindness toward us will never cease. That His compassion will never fail. That His mercies are new every morning, and that He is faithful even when we are not; Great is Your faithfulness!
Whatever this new year may bring, as a child of God, you can be assured that He will never give up on you or stop loving you; Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness or peril, or sword? (Romans 8:35)
Yes, of course, we wish you all a very happy new year! But most importantly I hope and pray that you all will keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life. (Jude 21) For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39) Great is His faithfulness! Maranatha!
